Cancellation of Service

Sponsorship Charity Advertising Sales Calls

If you have instructed TAPA to stop unsolicited sales telephone calls from charity advertising firms being made to your telephone number(s), you can cancel this service within 14 days of the date you instructed TAPA. If you wish to cancel this service, you will need to provide cancellation in writing as per our terms and conditions. Providing cancellation is received no later than 14 days from the date of instruction, TAPA will cancel service at this time.


Remedy Policy

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service at any time, TAPA will attempt to try and resolves these issues and work towards a remedy or resolution as quickly as possible before cancelling service. This is because TAPA strives to provide consumers and businesses with an excellent service and wants to stop nuisance sales approaches being made to consumers and businesses that do not wish to receive these types of approaches. If you do not wish to work towards a remedy or resolution at this stage, TAPA will cancel service at this time.

Please note that TAPA reserves the right to not accept cancellation requests after the above cooling off periods have expired. This policy is in accordance with the jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts. TAPA may decide to extend these cancellation time frames in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. TAPA provides its services in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
